近年来，随着中缅经济走廊建设和替代种植项目建设的推进，甘蔗跨境运输需求大幅度提升，我国企业“境外种植、境内生产”的生产经营模式也为促进两国进出口经济贸易增长、增加两国边民经济收入等方面都带来了诸多实际利益。大黑山通道位于云南省普洱市西盟县，是云南省保留的30条边民通道之一，也是境外替代种植产品返销进口的重要通道。
为全力保障境外替代种植甘蔗便捷、高效安全入境，勐康边检站大黑山分站积极走访驻地政府、运输企业与海关部门，深入了解服务对象相关需求，持续深化移民管理“放管服”改革，从今年3月21日起在大黑山通道实行预约通关，成为普洱市边民通道范围内首个实现预约通关的边民通道。同时，科学调整值班勤务和执勤岗位，探索推行“双车同检、随到随检、专用通道”等措施，实现货物通关“零等待”、进出“零延时”，有效保障了口岸通关安全、高效、顺畅。

2024年是中法建交60周年，法国国立工艺学院教授、欧洲教育与社会政策研究所所长让-克洛德·鲁阿诺-伯巴兰(Jean-Claude Ruano-Borbalan)在接受中国新闻网采访时表示，法中两国间有共性，也有很多差异。他认为，法中两国需要加强对话，理解彼此的异同，在共性与差异之间寻找平衡。(巩微微)

To seek common interests, discussing differences and similarities between China and France is tremendously important for bilateral cooperation, Jean-Claude Ruano-Borbalan, professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and director of the European Institute of Education and Social Policy, told China News Network.
