冷湖世界级天文观测研究基地高原氧吧项目总投资819.18万元，其中，青海省总工会承担692万元，海西州总工会承担54.28万元，冷湖科技创新产业园区管理委员会承担72.9万元。项目为天文观测基地、服务保障中心、专家宿舍楼、餐厅、气象环境监测点、管委会办公楼、会议室、专家活动室，安装了弥散式供氧设备ku游网页版，并购置了微压4人氧舱和便携式制氧仪等设备。
